Mobile Home Replacement - Warrensburg

The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Warrensburg, NY. We are replacing a manufactured home, with the project start date set for May. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified, approximately 720 square foot manufactured home, an ADA bathroom and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
