Connected TV Marketing CampaignDescription: **All proposals should be submitted electronically via email at procurement@oldwestbury.edu on or before bid due date of October 7, 2025. SUNY Old Westbury is seeking to run targeted marketing outreach through advertising via Connected TV processes (i.e., streaming, etc.) supplemented by other digital marketing through re-targeting on both web and social platforms. This would be specifically tailored to the higher education sector. Audience = Households with the presence of 16-18 year old. Details would include the following: 1. Programmatic Display - Display Re-targeting and PTV Re-targeting to exposed users Performance TV: Targeting high school Vendor must provide targeted markets and projected population across each market. 2. Mobile to Social (Meta/IG/Snapchat) - Targeted audience: High School Students and influencers/parents. Interest in Higher Education. Same audience as above 3. Creative Development - The vendor must develop creative displays for this advertisement. Vendor is also expected to design a landing page for this advertisement 4. Management Fee - should include all media buying, optimization, reporting, set up, meetings, etc. Vendor must also provide reporting of traffic to the various platforms including success rate as well as data that supports the success of the advertisement measured by the conversion of ‘inquiries to applicant’.
