NYS CDBG Community Planning Survey

          The Village of Waterloo is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Program Delivery and Administrative Services in conjunction with their recently awarded $49,000 FY 2023 CDBG Grant for the Community Planning Survey Grant within the Village.  M/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond.
