Orange County NY Municipal Water Leak Detection Survey

The Orange County Water Authority (OCWA) seeks proposals from contractors to provide leak detection services on behalf of a select group of municipal water suppliers throughout Orange County, NY. Leak detection for approximately 500 to 700+ miles of water mains is anticipated.  A single contractor will be retained by the OCWA. Work is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
