Cook Chill Plant Food Packaging Materials

The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (NYS DOCCS) Office of Nutritional Services is seeking responsive, responsible vendors who can provide appropriate packaging items to label, cover, contain, serve, seal, house or wrap food items on a regular basis. Vendors will be evaluated ad pre-qualified by DOCCS. Upon final approval by the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), mini-bids to solicit pricing from approved vendors will be conducted on a frequent basis, and awards will be made using the spot-buying process. Vendors do not need to submit short-term pricing a part of the pre-qualification process. Only AFTER final OSC approval will vendors be asked to submit short-term pricing for items actually required during this multiple-year contract period. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENDORS DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT FIXED PRICING TO BE HELD THROUGH THE END OF THE MULTIPLE-YEAR CONTRACT TERM.
