Architectural/ Engineering Services for the Albert Brown Community Center

The City of Kingston seeks a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm to provide outside services to the City of Kingston to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing conditions of the City of Kingston’s Albert Brown Community Center (formally known as the Rondout Neighborhood Center) located at 105 Broadway in the City of Kingston. To then prepare a Renovation Master Plan with a cost evaluation to modernize the Center and make it more accessible to those with disabilities (ADA compliant); to prepare plans, specifications, Bid and Construction Documents and provide construction oversight to complete the project in its entirety or phased if necessary
