K24-10360796AN Fabrication and Delivery of 14 Tainter Gate Racks

The New York State Canal Corporation (hereafter, the "CANAL" and/or "NYSCC") a Subsidiary of the New York Power Authority (hereafter, "NYPA" and/or "The Authority") is seeking qualified firms to provide 14 Tainter Gate Racks. This project shall include, but not be limited to, the fabrication of 14 racks per plan sheet. The contractor will provide all materials and means necessary to complete the work by the scheduled deadline. A description of the required equipment and supporting services and details are located in the RFP on NYPA's Ariba platform.
