The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority (OBPA) hereby invites professional engineering firms (Consultants) to submit a Fixed Fee Proposal for performing Above & Below Water Inspection and Load Rating of the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge. The Consultant shall be licensed to provide Professional Engineering Services in New York State.
