Description:

Chemung County requests written proposals from qualified firms for a turnkey airfield inspection management & maintenance system for the Elmira- Corning Regional Airport. The selected firm will be the prime contractor for the project and will be responsible for all contract work described herein, including, but not limited to, software, applications, programming, installation, implementation, training, warranty, and support/maintenance.
