OPRHP is soliciting bids for the New York State Park Police Law Enforcement Policy and Procedure Manual and Training Solution.  OPRHP seeks a comprehensive, cost-effective Policy/Training implementation and management solution that will bring the Agency's policies and procedures in line with the current best practices to ensure that New York State Park Police officers understand and can easily access policy guidance, procedures and training.
