The Town of Portage is seeking bids for full town hall renovation project that includes A full interior renovation & construction of new offices, all new utilities (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) This project will be incorporating a net zero energy build & design. Designed by Turner Engineering & Hager Engineering Solutions.
