Description:

The New York State Thruway Authority (“Authority”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified legal services firms for the performance of expert professional legal counsel toll and related services on an “as needed” Basis.

Due Date: 11/03/2025 1:00 PM

Contract Term: The term shall commence upon approval by the Authority’s Executive Director and shall terminate three years after commencement. The Authority shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Agreement for two additional 1-year terms.
