The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) seeks one or more contractors or teams of contractors to assist NYSERDA with developing strategies and recommending future investments and programs to increase the effectiveness of New York State’s energy innovation ecosystem in advancing new technologies to market adoption.
