The Village of Owego is seeking proposals for the design and installation of a solar photovoltaic array at 20 Elm Street, Owego, NY 13827. Quotes must comply with and reflect prevailing wage requirements. The RFP packet is available on our website www.villageofowegony.gov or can be picked up at the Village Clerk's Office, 22 Elm Street, Owego, NY 13827, during business hours, or be obtained via e-mail request to lauraowego@gmail.com.
