The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Division of Forest Protection is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of Arcteryx, or equal, cold weather gear. This is to match what is currently worn by the Division for purposes uniformity and to provide Forest Rangers with PPE to work in extreme cold environments for extended periods of time.
