EHR IV&V Services

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is soliciting proposals from responsive and responsible firms to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services in conjunction with the award of a contract pursuant to a Request for Proposal, RFP 23-300 – Electronic Health Record Transformation issued June 15th 2023.

The IV&V Contractor will provide such services throughout all phases of the Electronic Health Record Transformation project and will report to OMH EHR Project Coordinator. The length of the engagement is to be determined and will be based on a timeline established by the EHR Vendor and OMH under the executed EHR contract. The anticipated timeline is 36-48 months.

There will be an opportunity available for submission of written questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFP. All questions and requests for clarification of this RFP should cite the particular RFP Section and paragraph number where applicable and must be submitted via email to jessica.williams@omh.ny.gov by March 22nd, 2024, by 3PM EST.
