OMH Locum Tenens Periodic Recruitment

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is issuing the third Periodic Recruitment for the OMH Locum Tenens Contract Series.

Pursuant to Contract terms and conditions, the State reserves the right to add Contractors to the existing Contract Award beginning in the second year of the Contract and at one-year intervals thereafter via the Periodic Recruitment provision. The Contracts awarded as a result of this Solicitation will be coterminous with the end date of September 4, 2023.

OMH is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), qualified Locum Tenens vendors who will provide recruitment/search services for viable psychiatrist candidates that meet NYS OMH minimum qualification criteria for temporary placement and assignments in OMH facilities, outpatient clinics and satellite locations. Vacancies exist throughout the State in the areas of Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry.

An optional pre-bid informational Webinar will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 11:00am ET.  Webinar call-in information is included in the attached IFB.

All questions are to be submitted to the Consolidated Business Office per the instructions in the IFB Thursday, September 23, 2021 by 3:00pm EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent out by Thursday, September 30, 2021 by 3:00pm EST.

Bids are due no later than Thursday, October 7, 2021 by 3:00pm EST.
