Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 341019_- INSTALL FIRE PROTECTION AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM - GENEVA BARTON LAB will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building (Door 4), 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00 PM on April 29, 2025, then opened publicly in Room 133 Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/96730513673?pwd=iFzVa9dshXjB7545TNPy23wr1a7XLq.1&from=addon Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. Scope of Work: Construct a complete, modern sprinkler and fire protection system for the Geneva Barton Lab, which includes exterior work to connect to both the Cornell main and the City of Geneva main. Work will also include the replacement of an existing generator and installing a new fire pump. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Room A134 of the Barton Lab,
