RFA #20707: Treat, Cure and Eliminate: Advancing Health Equity Among People Living with Hepatitis CDescription: The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, Division of HIV and Hepatitis Health Care, Bureau of Hepatitis Health Care and Epidemiology announces the availability of New York State funds to increase the number of people living with the hepatitis C virus (HCV) who are treated and cured by ensuring equitable access to HCV treatment. The intent of the Request for Applications (RFA) is to fund $5,892,000 annually for five (5) years. This is a procurement which encompasses three (3) Components. Component A: Treat, Cure and Eliminate: Hepatitis C Treatment within a Primary Care Setting Component B: Treat, Cure and Eliminate: Low-Threshold Models of Hepatitis C Treatment Component C: Treat, Cure and Eliminate: Reaching Rural Communities and Marginalized Populations Through Telehealth and Telementoring This Request for Applications (RFA) has been posted on the following websites: The NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS) website at: Search for Grant Opportunities (ny.gov) Search using the SFS #s in the Event ID field: TCEA2026 (Component A) TCEB2026 (Component B) TCEC2026 (Component C) New York State Department of Health: http://www.health.ny.gov/funding/ In order to apply for this Request for Applications, eligible applicants must be prequalified in the Statewide Financial System and must submit an application via the Statewide Financial System. Applicants may submit separate applications for each Component. However, no more than one (1) application per Component will be accepted in response to this Request for Applications (RFA).
