Maintenance Management System (MMS) Software Maintenance

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to purchase all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform software updates, maintenance, cloud data hosting, and the upgrade of DEC’s Maintenance Management Systems, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
