Through this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”), the New York State (“NYS”) Department of Health (the “Department”) is seeking competitive bids from qualified organizations to provide mental health prescreen and evaluation services for people seeking admission to Transitional Adult Homes (TAH). It is the Department’s intent to award one (1) contract from this procurement.
