• Affordable and Market Rate multifamily customers are now eligible to participate.
• Under-resourced P-12 schools are now eligible to participate.
• Various programmatic updates and clarifications throughout the PON and attachments.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

On-site Energy Manager Program applicants in NYS in the Commercial or Industrial sectors that pay into the electric System Benefits Charge (SBC).A limited amount of funding is also available to certain Commercial non-SBC paying Customers. Applications are accepted until funds are exhausted or December 31, 2025, whichever comes first.
