Independent Auditor Services RFP

The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (“HTFC” or “the Corporation”) seeks qualified competitive proposals from independent certified public accounting firms or individuals (“Proposers” or “Firms”) registered to practice in the State to conduct financial audits of the Corporation, as more fully described in the Scope of Services section of the Request for Proposals (“RFP”).  The successful Proposer (“Auditor” or “Contractor”) shall demonstrate qualifications that meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified in the Minimum Qualifications section of the RFP.  The Auditor will be required to execute an HTFC Agreement that incorporates Appendix I, the Corporation’s Standard Clauses for Contracts (Appendix I).
