Full-Service Warranty Elevator Maintenance

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Creedmoor Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Full-Service Maintenance Warranty for Elevators at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Blvd, Queens Village, NY 11427.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate.  Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information.  Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST.    Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance.  Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than March 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST. 

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, March 18, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB.  Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by March 25, 3:00 PM EST.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
