Lease of Parking SpacesDescription: SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need to lease approximately four hundred (400) parking spaces, preferably within 1.0 miles of Upstate's downtown campus located at 750 East Adams Street, Syracuse, New York 13210. The site must be available by the Second Quarter of 2026. Proposals must be for at least four hundred (400) spaces. The site must be available twelve (12) months of the year, Monday through Friday, hours to be determined. Other site requirements include: All available information is listed above. There are no other additional specifications. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §§139-j & -k, aka the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §§139-j & -k, and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a.
