The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) invites Firms to submit proposals in response to Request for Proposal (“RFP”) No. GDC-25-030-OP for the provision of Procurement Support Services in support of the Hudson Tunnel Project. GDC is soliciting Contractor(s) to advise and assist GDC on a wide range of Procurement functions.
