TITLE:                       Request For Proposals For Performance Of Expert Professional Strategic Advisory And Program Management Services Related To The Future Procurement Of An Enterprise Resource Planning System And Its Implementation, During 2025 Through 2029

DESCRIPTION:       The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for the provision of consulting services. The selected consultant will provide strategic advisory services for the development of a program that features the future acquisition of a state-of-the-art enterprise resource planning system, which is intended to replace certain business systems in use at the Port Authority, and its implementation.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
