Ultra low Sulfur Diesel(ULSD) -Astoria Energy II Power Plant in Astoria Queens

This is a request for information from interested bidders to purchase Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate (ULSD) oil from the New York Power Authority (NYPA) located at Astoria Energy II Power Plant in Astoria, Queens, New York, listing to be renewed upon expiry.

New York Power Authority (NYPA) is looking for interested buyers to purchase up to 114,500 Barrels of Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate (ULSD) from NYPA at the Astoria Energy LLC Terminal (formerly the Castle Astoria Terminal - Dock Code #368 -US Army Corps of Engineers Waterway Code #02213 - Port series No. 05) located on the right bank of the entrance to Luyster (Steinway) Creek, Astoria, Queens, New York.  Interested buyers must provide barge with dimensions as specified by NYPA and suitable for offloading ULSD oil product from a shore tank at the Astoria Energy LLC Terminal.  Oil sale will be made on a spot basis within the date range(s) specified by NYPA..
