Common Cedar Posts for Captree State Park

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking to purchase 272 common White or Red cedar posts, clear grade A or better to be used as sign frames within Robert Moses State Park.  No weather proofing required.  If awarded a Purchase Order, items must be received by September 1st, 2025.  Pricing must be inclusive of delivery and unloading.

Measurements:

72 units of 6” x 6” x16’

200 units of 4” x 4” x 12’

Delivery Instructions:

Delivery must be made by September 1st, 2025. Delivery times: between 7am and 5pm. All posts to be delivered at the same time. Vendor is responsible for unloading posts.

For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability.  These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors
