9/22/2021-9/22/2026 Taconic DDSOO Patients Fund Certificate of Deposit

The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit on behalf of Taconic Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) is soliciting quotes for a five-year Certificate of Deposit for the term of 9/22/2021-9/22/2026 in the amount of $1,500,000.00. Interest must be paid quarterly to the State of New York, Taconic DDSO Patient Fund Account on the following dates:12/22/2021, 3/22/2022, 6/22/2022, 9/22/2022, 12/22/2022, 3/22/2023, 6/22/2023, 9/22/2023, 12/22/2023, 3/22/2024, 6/22/2024, 9/22/2024, 12/22/2024, 3/22/2025, 6/22/2025, 9/22/2025, 12/22/2025, 3/22/2026, 6/22/2026 and 9/22/2026.

Per NYS Finance Law, the bank must be a commercial lending institution, have sufficient collateral, and have filed necessary documents with NYS Office of the State Comptroller, Banking/Cash Mgmt. Dep’t., (518) 486-4642, prior to the bid date for the RFQ.

Title/Name on account must be: NYS Office of State Comptroller, Taconic DDSO as Trustees for Patient Fund Account

Funds will be transferred to the bidder providing the highest interest rate on 9/22/2021.

OPWDD will select the responsible and responsive Bidder that will provide the highest interest rate. Only one contractor will be selected. Only proposals judged to be responsive to the submission requirements set forth in this RFQ will be evaluated. OPWDD reserves the right to reject any and all offers.
