RFP Physician Services Pilot

OPWDD is seeking to have an on-call service in which physician services are available during the weekends, holidays, evenings and nights to assist with the triaging of calls and to provide medical services to vulnerable populations via telemedicine visits. The specialized telemedicine physician services will help avoid unnecessary trips to the Emergency Room (ER), Urgent Care, or a doctor’s office and eliminate the wait time, cost, and exposure of such visits.
