Engineering Services for Bellhaven Flood Mitigation, Bellport, NY

The Town of Brookhaven is soliciting proposals from qualified firms / proposers to provide
engineering services for the Bellhaven Flood Mitigation project, located in the hamlet of
Bellport. The goal of this project is to mitigate the vulnerable road end, minimize localized
flooding, mitigate existing outfalls, and improve water quality in Bellport Bay.

This project is funded by the NYSDEC Climate Smart Communities Grant and for purposes of this procurement, the Town of Brookhaven hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”) participation, 15% MBE and 15% WBE.
