Town of Clarence Town Hall Mechanical Access Project

**To be an eligible bidder, original contract documents must be obtained from the Clarence Town Clerks Office per the Notice to Bidders**

The “project work” will involve all construction work associated with adding a new mechanical access stair to the exterior wall of the existing Clarence Town Hall.

This work involves, but is not necessarily limited to, site related improvements such as concrete foundations, steel stairs and hand rails, a new exterior door in a multi-wythe wall as well as final site restoration to include top soil, fine grading, seeding, and turf establishment.
