All quotes must be submitted on the attached RFQ form – no other quotes will be accepted. Form is to be emailed to Matthew.Kane@parks.ny.gov. This RFQ is due back by 3:00 pm on December 9, 2025 – any quotes received after this date and time will not be considered.

There is a pre-quote site visit scheduled for Nov. 18, 2025 @ 10:00am
