GE Controls RX3i Series and Parts – Furnish and Deliver

SCOPE

This bid is to establish fixed pricing to furnish and deliver the specified replacement parts for GE Controls RX3i Series located at various pump stations throughout the County of Rockland.

Contract to be in effect for one year from the date of award with four (4) one (1) year option terms. Renewal terms are to be by mutual agreement by the County of Rockland and the Vendor. (See Price Adjustment Clause on item 6 of this document.)

The quantities listed on the proposal pages are estimates, items purchased will depend on the requirements of the Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD).
