Statewide Lead Wipe Contract

The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA) Environmental Compliance Branch is seeking a responsible vendor to conduct Statewide Lead Wipe testing.

Vendor questions regarding this IFB are due in writing no later than October 22, 2025 at 12:00PM. All questions and answers will be provided in the form of an addendum to this IFB no later than October 27, 2025 at 12:00PM.

 This Solicitation outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information required for submitting a Bid. Bidders should pay strict attention to the Bid submission date and time to prevent disqualification. Bidders are strongly encouraged to read the language of this Solicitation thoroughly and to precisely follow the instructions included in the Solicitation and all attachments.

 NOTE: DMNA does not allow for subcontracting. All work for services must be performed by the prime vendor.

  MWBE and SDVOB vendors are encouraged to bid. MWBE/SDVOB goals noted below are DMNA’s annual goals
