See Section 01 10 01 “Summary of Work for Single Prime Contract” for a general description and the Technical Specification Sections for the specific descriptions.  A general overview of the contract scope includes: The Vendor shall include all required final proprietary system design engineering, design engineering certification, construction engineering, construction engineering certification, manufacturing, quality control, and optional turn-key construction/installation/start-up and commissioning and regulatory testing,  including all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead for the  implementation of the Project specifications and other requirements for providing new gondola cabins and associated systems for a new Carpet Conveyor System inclusive of Full Enclosure as set forth within these Request for Proposal Documents. The Proposal submissions and Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times

• Letting of RFP: 12 March 2024

• Pre-Bid Site Visit/Meeting : 20 March 2024 at 11:00 AM (Local Time)
• End of Questions: 27 March 2024 at 3:00 PM (Local Time)
• Addendum (if required)**: 29 March 2024
• RFP Submission Due: 4 April 2024 at 2:00 AM (Local Time)

• Estimate Date of Access***: 01 May 2024

• Work Substantial Completion: 15 October 2024

• Work Final Completion: 01 November 2024
