The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for the Building Management System (BMS) and Ancillary Equipment, for their Hudson River campus located at: 10 Ross Circle, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 9a ET.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted by Thursday, July 17 by 3p ET per the instructions in the IFB.  Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders, as well as posted to this ad, by Thursday, July 24.

 Bids are due no later than 3p ET on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
