Solicitation of Interest #2021-02

SOLICITATION OF INTEREST (SOI)

NYSDOT is seeking statements of interest (SOI) from qualified vendors to provide enhancements, maintenance, and support of the delivered systems and associated licensed software for its Enterprise Asset Management Program (EAMP), which was designed, developed, and implemented by AgileAssets, Inc. over the ten past years. Brief descriptions of EAMP Modules, associated transportation assets and general functionality is shown in the table below. In addition to other required technical qualifications, in an acceptable SOI response, a qualified vendor must acceptably demonstrate to NYSDOT that they have the ability to access and maintain AgileAssets’ core source code, and NYSDOT-specific code to effectively, efficiently and economically manage NYSDOT asset management platform and complete installation of additional AgileAssets’ asset management modules per NYSDOT asset management platform completion plan. If authorized, it is NYSDOT’s intent to award a five-year contract to a successful SOI respondent.
