EPPM Business Platform (Project Hub)

New York Power Authority and Canals Corporation (the “Authority” or “NYPA/Canals”) is soliciting proposals to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the Authority’s need for an automated and scalable enterprise project portfolio management (“EPPM”) business platform (hereinafter referred to as “Project Hub”) on an as-needed basis for an initial term of three (3) years, to include software, cloud hosting, implementation, maintenance, support and all other services as further defined herein.

Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement.
