SUNY Empire State College is looking to furnish several meeting rooms at our 4 Park ave Location with Audio-Visual (AV) and IT equipment to be used for meetings and teaching. This will be built for online communications between ESC sites via MSTeams and our video conferencing equipment. General AV specifications for this project is contained within this advertisement.

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held.
