2025 New York State Fair Concessions & Exhibit Space


Description:

Applications are now being accepted for the concession and exhibit space for the 2025 Fair, August 20-September 1, 2025.  Rental rates vary depending on location but are based upon a square foot basis.  Rates and details are posted on the Departments website.

Interested parties must complete the 2025 Concession & Exhibit Application available on the New York State Fair’s website at https://nysfair.ny.gov/vendors/

PLEASE NOTE - For the 2025 Fair this is an online application only that must be completed.
