Oswego County is soliciting proposals from Planning and Housing Consultants to analyze existing MHP windshield and questionnaires and provide an analysis of the existing MHP housing stock.     Oswego County encourages MWBE  (Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise) and SDVOB (Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business) to apply.
