LEGAL NOTICE

The County of Broome will receive sealed bids at the office of the Broome County Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, Edwin L. Crawford County Office Building, 60 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY  13901, up to and including 2:00 P.M. on WEDNESDAY APRIL 2,2025 for the following:

GENERAL HIGHWAY REQUIREMENTS

Bids shall be publicly opened and read at 2:30 P.M., on the above bid date, in the

Fourth Floor Conference Room (or to be announced day of bid opening) in the Edwin L.

Crawford County Office Building.  Specifications and proposal forms are available

online through the Empire State Purchasing Group (http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/broome-county).  Broome County reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals.
