On April 30, at 10:30 PM proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for a Multi-Prime Contracts (GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, PLUMBING, & ELECTRICAL) for the following project: NYSED PROJECT # 1406-0001-0-203-025 PROJECT TITLE: Bid 25-0626-109 Pool Reconstruction PROJECT LOCATION: B.P.S. 203-156, Kensington High School - Frederick Law Olmsted, 319 Suffolk Street Buffalo NY 14215 Beginning, bidding document packages may be viewed via Bonfire and Avalon. All questions and answers must go through Bonfire. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at BPS #203-156, Kensington High School 319 Suffolk Street Buffalo NY 14215, please assemble at the main entrance. The Architect will be present. Eligible bidders are required to attend this walkthrough or another previously arranged and documented site visit with Architect and/or District personnel. No transportation will be provided by the Buffalo City School district. Please note that the required bid bond is 10%. The work will be subject to the equal employment opportunity requirements.
