091157 Abate & Demolish Underground Bunker

The State University of New York at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from design firms/teams for the abatement and demolition of the SEMO underground bunker. The intent of this project is to remove this building from the campus Physical Space Inventory. The scope of work will include removal of all existing building materials, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment under full abatement conditions.
