Northland Corridor Redevelopment Project Phase 4 At 631 Northland

The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) is seeking a general contractor for the restoration of 631 Northland Avenue.  631 Northland Avenue is an approximately 40,000 square foot high bay industrial building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and accepted into the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Brownfield Cleanup Program.
