Specialized Workers’ Compensation Claims Services


Description:

NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Specialized Workers’ Compensation Claims Services, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The services include 24/7 First Report of Injury Reporting (Category A), 24/7 Telephonic Nurse Triage (Category B), Telehealth (Category C), Nurse Case Management (Category D), Managed Care Services for Catastrophic Claims (Category E) and Return to Work Coordinators (Category F).

It is the sole responsibility of the bidders to check the website for any amendments, clarifications or updates. All applicable amendment information must be incorporated into the firm’s proposal. Failure to include this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.

Proposals from responsible bidders are due October 14, 2021 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFP.

Pursuant to State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between NYSIF personnel and a prospective bidder during the procurement process.
