HVAC Chiller Maintenance Services

Stony Brook University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and services required to perform in accordance with the bid specifications, O&M manuals and technical bulletins for maintenance, repairs/retrofits including, but not limited to; inspection of Chiller Equipment at SUNY at Stony Brook University, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook bid 23/24-103MC and Exhibits.

THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME MANDATORY BIDDERS CONFERENCE ON APRIL 17, 2024, AT 2:00 P.M. (SHARP) IN THE PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT CONFERENCE ROOM, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PARK, RESEARCH & SUPPORT SERVICES (RSS).  ONLY THOSE VENDORS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE WHEN THE CONFERENCE ROOM DOOR CLOSES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
