Rehabilitate High Temperature Hot Water Generators - Central Heating PlantDescription: The work of this single bid project includes mechanical upgrades consisting of 3 HTHW generator replacements, controls work including field device replacement, electrical upgrades, structural scope including concrete formwork, stack support framing and roof modifications Plans will be available after March 24, 2025, through DataFlow (607-772-2001 & bidsupport@godataflow.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for March 31, 2025, at 11:00a.m., meeting at the Facilities Management Office. Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website (https://www.sucf.suny.edu/) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
